Quick Start Guide

Get your first allergen menu up and running in under 10 minutes. This guide walks you through the essential steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to allergenius.co.uk/signup
2. Enter your email, password, and business details
3. Choose your subscription plan (start with Starter for one location)
4. Complete the signup process

Step 2: Create Your First Location

Once logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard.

1. Click "Add Location"
2. Enter your business name and address
3. Click "Create Location"

Your location is now created with a unique QR code ready to use.

Step 3: Add a Menu

1. Click on your newly created location
2. Click "Add Menu"
3. Give your menu a name (e.g., "Main Menu", "Lunch Menu")
4. Click "Create Menu"

Step 4: Add Menu Items

1. Click on your menu to open it
2. Click "Add Item"
3. Fill in the item details:

• Name: The dish name
• Description: Brief description (optional)
• Category: Select a category (Starters, Main Course, etc.)
• Allergens: Check all allergens the dish contains
• Dietary Labels: Mark if vegetarian, vegan, etc.

1. Click "Save Item"

Repeat for each menu item.

Step 5: Display Your QR Code

1. Go back to your location page
2. Find the QR Code section
3. Download or print your QR code
4. Display it where customers can easily scan it

That's it! Customers can now scan your QR code and view your menu with full allergen information.
