Profile Settings
Keep your account information up to date and secure.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click your profile icon (top-right corner)
- Select "Account"
- View and edit your profile
Profile Information
Personal Details
- Full Name: Your display name
- Email: Login email and notifications
Business Details
- Business Name: Your company name
- Business Type: Hospitality or Retail
Updating Your Profile
- Edit the fields you want to change
- Click "Update Profile"
- Changes save automatically
Password Management
Changing Your Password
- Go to Account settings
- Find the Password section
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice
- Click "Change Password"
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of letters, numbers recommended
- Avoid common words or phrases
Forgot Password?
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Follow the reset link sent to your email
Account Security
Keep your account secure:
- Use a unique, strong password
- Don't share your login details
- Sign out on shared devices
- Update your password periodically
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account:
- Go to Account settings
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Warning: This permanently deletes all your data including locations, menus, and items. This cannot be undone.
